Sample of Party Agenda

The party host will explain what they will be doing over the course of the party and any rule of engagement with the technology.

  • Welcome and introduction- The party entertainer will do a quick soundcheck to ensure that everything is working properly, as well as welcome everyone to your child’s birthday.
  • Mascot presentation- The party entertainer will ask the mascot to join the guests for the celebration and will say hi to all the kids. If there is no mascot joining us, this step does not apply.
  • Special Activity –if apply -Make-a-Bear, Paint Party, Tie Dye party.
  • Interactive games and dancing- We will continue with party games and activities such as freeze dance, Simon says, and trivia. It is important that all kids are engaged during this part.
  • Sing along- Next, we will do a singing and dancing along with our mascot. Typical songs include “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” as well as “Baby Shark”.
  • Sing Happy Birthday – Following, we will introduce the happy birthday time in order to give parents a quick heads up to finalize getting the cake ready. The entertainer will lead the singing.
  • Closing comments and thank you words by birthday boy/girl and their parents- Finally, we will say goodbye to the mascot, and do quick closing remarks. The parents and birthday child are encouraged to say a few words as well.
  • Zoom session will stay open- After the party, we will leave the zoom session open for some time for you to be able to chat with your guests.

Virtual Parties FAQs

How do I use the zoom link? Can I add it to an e-invite?

We will provide you with a link prior to the virtual party. In order to use it, you will just need to click on it and log in with your zoom account. Ideally, you would be sending out the same link to your guests via text message or through your preferred communication app in order to ensure that they have an easy log in process. When adding it to an e-invite, the link will not work if you just click on it. An alternative is to add the Meeting ID and passcode to your e-invite, but again, it is a lot easier to provide your guests with the link.

What type of music do you play during the party? Am I able to choose music?

Typically, at our virtual parties, we play children’s music. If you are interested in having some of your own music, we can definitely arrange that as long as it is available on Spotify.

Am I able to use my phone or tablet to join in the party?

Yes, of course, you can join from any device! However, it is recommended that you join in from a bigger device (such as a computer, laptop or PC) in order to ensure that you can see all of your guests and they can see you properly. For a better event experience, you can always connect your device to your TV to have a bigger screen.

I am really satisfied with the service. Can I leave a tip?

Yes, of course! Tips are greatly appreciated by members of our team. Most of them are students in high school, university or college, so they can definitely benefit from them.

If I am not interested in having the mascot as part of my party package, will the price be reduced?

No, if you are not interested in having a mascot, then we can arrange it, but the price will not be reduced. This is due to the fact that a mascot is there to liven up the mood and create a greater level of satisfaction. However, we assure you that if you prefer not to have a mascot, your guests will have just as much fun!

I am interested in having multiple mascots, is that something that can be arranged?

Yes, we can definitely arrange having multiple mascots join you for your virtual party. However, there will be an additional cost added.

Can I invite my relatives and friends outside of Canada?

Yes, of course! Anyone with access to the link can join in from any part of the world.

What are some examples of games that you might be playing?

Usually, we play a variety of children’s games such as Freeze Dance, Trivia, Simon says, and other similar games.

What should I do for decorations?

There are many ideas online for how to decorate your space when planning for a virtual party, but if you are interested, we can definitely help you out with some inspiration. We also offer balloon garlands that we can drop off at your porch to be covid-safe.

Can I have a quick extra meeting with the party entertainer?

Yes, of course! If you are interested, definitely let us know as soon as possible. We would coordinate for the meeting to happen 5 minutes before the virtual party time. Here, you would be able to discuss what the party will look like, ask any last minute questions, as well as give advice to the party entertainer to ensure that all kids have fun.

Is there a recommended age for virtual parties?

Yes, we recommend that kids 3 years or older join in on the fun. Of course, younger kids are welcome, but they might be too young to participate in our activities.

How many people can I invite?

We recommend that when it comes to kids, approximately 20 guests is ideal. Based on this, we ensure that we can see all of the kids on the screen at the same time.

FAQ

What ages are appropriate for your play areas?

Our playgrounds are designed for crawlers up to five-year-old children.

Adults may enter the play area,but may not sit/play on the equipment (excluding floors mats.). They should only be in there to support and supervise the lil' ones.

Each child needs to be monitored during use of our playground.

Who assembles and breakdown the play area?

We assemble and breakdown our soft play equipment for you on the date of your event. Time varies depending on the package selected, it can take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours for set up, same from breakdown.

How much space do I need for the playground?

We recommend measuring your available space, we can arrange pieces to fit your area. Please keep in mind it is not require having a perfect square/rectangle we can customize the layout.

We require 50% deposit to book, It will be credited towards your invoice. Deposit are non-refundable if you need to cancel you will receive credit for future event. No exceptions.

Your invoice will also include a refundable security deposit of $200

When is my final balance due?

Your invoice is due 3 days prior to your event.

How long are rentals for?

Rentals are for up to 8 hours, within our normal business hours 10am -8pm.

Play area rules:

Soft Play areas are designed for children 5 years and under.

No food, drinks, gum, or sweets in play area.

Play at your own risk

NO diving in ball pit

NO shoes, sneakers, flip flops or sandals

NO pushing, shoving, wrestling, horseplay, or piling

NO equipment should be removed from within play area

NO Paint stain/mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos ,face paint etc.) are not allowable in soft play area

NO Confetti, NO Painted Easter eggs filled with confetti, the paint used to paint Easter eggs stains our equipment.

All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets, etc.)

Do not enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems.

NO HIGH HEELS, THEY WILL DAMAGE THE FOAM FLOORING WITH PUNCTURES, EACH DAMAGE FLOORING WILL BE CHARGE AT A COST OF $20 EACH. BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, YOU AGREE TO THIS CHARGE IF FLOORING GETS DAMAGE.

RULES

- No shoes, strictly NO HIGH HEELS.

- No face paint and/or glitter allowed.

- No food, drinks or lollies.

- Children under 5 only.

- Kids must be supervised by adults at all times when playing.

- No animals, sand, water or any liquids close to the equipments.

- Ensure no smoking on or near the equipment.

SET UP

- We do set up outdoors, but if there is any chance of rain or heavy wind, you should have a back up indoor area, otherwise we won't be able to deliver the equipment.

- We do ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment will not get too hot for your kids.

- Ensure set up area is cleared, dry and free of debris and dog waste prior to our arrival.

DELIVERY

- We will arrive 45min-1hr prior to your event start time to begin set up.

- If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, lack of parking, etc.) please let us know through our request form or prior to the event.

- There is a delivery fee for every rental and it will vary on location.

- High heels worn on our equipment cause irremediable damages. The Hirer will be responsible for paying $20 per mat damaged.

CLEANING

- Equipment is cleaned before and after every event, and we sanitise it after setting it up on event venue.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit.

- We ask for a $200 refundable deposit.

- We will return the bond within three (3) business days following completion of the Hire period.

- We will retain the Bond (in part or full) if:

  • The equipment is damaged or otherwise not returned in the condition it was prior to the commencement of the Hire Period
  • The Hirer breaches any condition of the Hire Agreement.

 

Please be aware of the following rules to ensure full deposit is returned.

Maintaining Cleanliness.

There is no food/ drinks/ messy items allowed in the play area. No shoes are to be worn, This is a sock zone only. Paint, Food, Cake & Ice cream, Candy, Shoe prints and excessive dirt will be subjected to up to $100 cleaning fee.

All items must be returned back into the play area. Balls included.

Missing or damaged items.

The renter will be billed the full cost of the lost or damaged item.

We require a clean, dry, flat surface for setup.
